Every session at P360 is built around four pillars. This is what makes it personal training, not just group exercise.
Education
We believe knowledge becomes power only when you live it. Our coaches pass on decades of accumulated expertise, covering exercise, nutrition, sleep, stress, and longevity, so that no matter where life takes you, you carry the tools to keep moving forward.
Community
You are the reflection of the people you spend time with. At P360, that means being surrounded by people who show up, work hard, and support each other. The energy in the room lifts performance, and that energy flows into every other area of your life.
Accountability
Everyone needs a coach to be accountable to, even the world's best athletes. Your coach knows when you're booked, when you show up, and when you don't. That level of personal attention is what separates real progress from good intentions.
Results
Results are more than a number on the scale. Getting stronger, sleeping better, moving without pain, feeling confident, these are the wins that matter. The scale result is simply the byproduct of everything else going right.

Bone Mineral Density
The bones that carry you through life get stronger or weaker depending on how you treat them. People who train consistently hold onto the density that keeps them upright, active, and independent, long after others have stopped being able to do the things they love.
Muscle Preservation
Most people accept that getting older means getting weaker. It doesn't have to. The people who keep training into their 50s, 60s, and beyond stay capable in ways that genuinely surprise them, lifting the bags, keeping up with the kids, getting up off the floor without thinking about it.

Why it works

Most group fitness gets the group part right and skips the personal part entirely. You're one of twenty, your form goes unchecked, your program never changes, and nobody notices when you stop showing up.
At P360, sessions run with 4–6 members and a dedicated coach. That ratio isn't a marketing number, it's what makes genuine coaching possible. Your coach knows your movement patterns, your injuries, your work schedule, and your goals.
Your program is built around you. Your technique is coached on every rep. That's small group personal training, and it's the only model we use.
Results that last
You show up. We make it count.
Every session is programmed with purpose. Warm-up, activation, compound lift, structured to build strength, improve movement, and leave you better than when you walked in.

Training around injuries
Got a niggle? We work around it.
A sore shoulder, a dodgy knee, a back that's been playing up — none of these mean you have to stop moving. In most cases, continuing to train is exactly what the body needs. We just have to be smart about how.
Our coaches modify and swap exercises on the spot to keep you training safely while supporting your recovery. You keep building strength and momentum — nothing stops, it just adapts.
If you're working with a physio, osteopath, or any other allied health professional, we liaise with them directly. Your rehab plan and your training program should work together, not against each other — and we make sure they do.
You don't need to be 100% to train with us. You just need to show up.
Before You Get Started
Before any member starts training at P360 they complete an initial screening session. This allows us to understand your current fitness levels, movement capabilities, and any limitations, so your program is built on solid ground from day one.
It's not a test. It's the starting point for everything that follows.
